We use Washington's own Shepard's Grain flour in our artisan breads. Our hearth breads include rustic baguettes, tuscan, ciabatta, sour dough, rosemary olive, semolina, multigrain and all are crusty and flavorful.

Traditional Scandinavian breads include: Pumpernickel, Finnish Rye, Swedish Rye, and Sitge
